Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads across target markets, schedule appointments and follow-ups, and support the sales team with outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion processes.
Provide administrative support including managing calendars, emails, client communications, preparing reports, assisting with onboarding new clients, and supporting ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
Nice-to-have: Experience in B2B or SaaS sales, exposure to marketing campaigns or digital outreach, and previous remote work experience.
