Key Responsibilities
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Matric certificate (essential).
• Relevant accounting or finance qualification (advantageous).
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Must be based in or around Sandton/Johannesburg.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks).
• Exposure to payroll or VAT processing.
• Experience in a corporate environment.
