Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

• Conduct client outreach through calls, email, and digital platforms.

• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to fulfil client needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, or business development.

• Matric certificate (essential).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

• Must be based in South Africa.

• Reliable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within the recruitment industry (advantageous).

• Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
