Key Responsibilities
• Perform HR administrative and clerical duties.
• Maintain employee records and filing systems.
• Assist with payroll and time & attendance administration.
• Ensure accurate document management and record keeping.
• Communicate professionally with staff and internal stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day HR and office administration processes.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum Matric qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in payroll and time management.
• Working knowledge of payroll and time attendance systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Professional and detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
• HR qualification or currently studying toward an HR-related qualification.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Previous HR or administration experience advantageous.

Package
• Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month
