Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties effectively.
• Ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams.
• Analyse operational performance and improve efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with FMCG quality and handling requirements.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric required.
• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Experience within an FMCG environment advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
• Experience within a distribution centre environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Experience with warehouse KPIs and reporting.
• Understanding of FMCG supply chain operations.
